WELCOME!
YOUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS IN YOUR HANDS

Get Started Today!

Wellness is being

Mind alters what is. 'What is' only matters. So be aware of the intervention of mind in your living. Choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life, respecting life as a precious gift from another life, your mother. Illness: Is the message that there is disrespect of the precious.  Your actions determine your life and your well-being.

MY MISSION

My mission is to bring about a change of unprecedented nature by fundamentally questing our way of living. We talk about well-being without understanding the root cause of the problem: our mind.
Life is precious (LIP). No lip service. -  can be understood only if we are aware of the fact that we are inseparable from our environment, our relationships, and our actions.  My paintings and thoughts in my blog will be devoted to bringing about this change. Let us go hand in hand in this journey towards a Whole New World.

MY DRAWING COMBINES THE FLOW OF THE LINES WITH WORDS OF EMOTION

I started as a paper collage artist in the late 60s. My mentor, and a great human, Late B R Panesar, introduced me to the contemporary art scene of Kolkata, India. My first Collage submitted to the all-India Exhibition of Paintings held at the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata, was accepted.   That paved my interest in collages and mosaics.
I generally work with magazine pages and cut them to required sizes and use them as one would use a
paintbrush. Thousands of pieces come together and make a collage come alive.   Recently, I am trying a new process.
In this collection, I use pen and ink and pencil sketches. Digitize them, paint them, change them as the flow would take me. Simultaneously I compose a few words that reflect my flow of lines and add them as a captive description. This way the viewers while connecting with my flow reflect on themselves. Happy to share with you this emotion from words, lines, and colors through the digital medium.

BE INFORMED AND SPREAD THE WORD

Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) is an independent, registered charity founded in 1994 who work to eliminate child poverty in New Zealand through research, education and advocacy. In a country like New Zealand, with ample resources, child poverty could be eliminated completely.

EDUCATING YOURSELF TO EDUCATE OTHERS

To make a true stand against child poverty in New Zealand, we need to become more informed on the issues that affect our children the most. To have well-researched, accurate, and up-to-date information allows you to have an advantage when issues concerning child poverty arise; you will also be able to inform others with an educated response.
Educating yourself to educate others is one of the best ways to help fight child poverty issues as it helps gain support for our cause.

BREAK THE CYCLE OF POVERTY

Families trapped in the cycle of poverty, have either limited or no resources. There are many disadvantages that collectively work in a circular process making it virtually impossible for individuals to break the cycle. For this reason, reducing child poverty has been a focus of almost all governments as a way to break this cycle. Improving the quality of education provided to the poor is seen by most as the best way to break this cycle. Improving the environment the child grows up in, ensuring access to health, and providing financial incentives (either through benefit schemes or reducing taxes) have all been suggested as ways to break the cycle.
