Safe in the space station,
looking down at the news of deaths going viral
in the nation of my forefathers,
I wish we had the power against powers that
have no concern for life or living.
Suddenly realized I am still on my bed,
not in the spaceship. Weird dreams have become the order of the day. Awake and watch your country from a safe place like New Zealand, wish one day science and compassion will go hand in hand.
