Smart cities of the future will have no human inhabitants, for intelligent humans (IH) could not tolerate smart AI-driven urban culture. IH therefore either live in tiny capsules called homes or wander in the forest, called home sans boundaries.
Bounded intelligence is preferred to unbounded artificiality.
