Waterlogged

City streets are turning into rivers, or flowing muddy waterscarry with them broken houses and remnants from a glorious past.Urban scenes are changing fast. We witness waterlogged lagoons in the city centres. While the farmers complainthey have no grazing grounds as the draught has erased the land of its lively colours. Waterlogged or water lagged? We are stranded between floods and draughts.
